<p>Realty Boris is a Nairobi real estate company selling and renting apartments, penthouses, villas and townhouses. We built both its public website and the internal system the team runs the business on.</p><h3>The website</h3><ul><li>Featured listings with location, bedrooms and price, each with a View Details button and a one-tap WhatsApp enquiry.</li><li>Property browsing by area (Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Riverside, Runda and more), by style, budget and use, whether for family or investment.</li><li>A viewing scheduler, a general enquiry form, a blog and area guides, a media section with videos and a Google reviews widget.</li><li>A multilingual selector and floating contact buttons for call, WhatsApp and social channels on every page.</li></ul><h3>The management system</h3><p>A custom Django platform that gives every department one shared view of leads, clients and properties:</p><ul><li><strong>Front desk and sales:</strong> lead capture from WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and social channels, a sales pipeline from enquiry to closed deal, and agents who only see their own leads.</li><li><strong>Finance, marketing and production:</strong> dedicated modules for each team, plus reports, imports and exports, calendar, tasks and notifications.</li><li><strong>Documents:</strong> PDF generation and e-signature with a certificate page.</li><li><strong>Security and control:</strong> role-based access for every staff level, two-factor sign-in for sensitive roles, a full audit history of changes and data-protection tooling.</li><li><strong>Integration:</strong> a REST API, live updates through HTMX, PostgreSQL support and deployment on cPanel with Passenger.</li></ul>
